I just added every Friday night to the schedule through November and possibly further if it’s a popular time.\nThis is a 1 hour hula hoop dance class\, of intense on-body hooping after a belly dance inspired abdominal isolation warm up session. While the emphasis is on-body we will be working on some off-body tricks too.\n\nPlease note\, this class is not free.
