DESCRIPTION:CHANGE OF PLANS BECAUSE OF THE BRYSON FIRE NEAR SANDSTONE PEAK.\nWe usually have a 15 minute grace period but please try to arrive a little early. We're opting to do an afternoon loop hike from Parking lot 2 in Griffith Park to the lovely shaded Cedar Grove. We'll start off on the Lower Beacon trail to the Coolidge trail then take a moderately steep single track up to the beautiful Cedar Grove where we will have some snacks and take a group photo.
