DESCRIPTION:Join me for some hoop flow at the Nokomis Drum Circle! This circle is really fun and high energy. You will probably find me in the center with my yellow and orange hoops\, jump in and join me!\nIf you’re not ready for that yet\, you can hoop outside the circle or even just come to watch. Either way\, please do come say hi when I step out of the circle for a water break.
