SUMMARY:Philosophy Roundtable: Longevity - Who Wants to Live Forever?
LOCATION:Good Nature Hotel\, 1-7 Swanston Street Federation Square\, Flinders Street\, Melbourne\, Vic 3000
DESCRIPTION:Please join us this Sunday to discuss the philosophical implications of Longevity.\n\nEmerging health technologies and research potentially offer the possibility of a (much) longer life. Living longer seems preferable to the alternative\, but then some philosophers are deeply critical of the push towards radical longevity. In this session\, we will discuss our own perspectives on (radically) increasing longevity.\n\nWe will meet at Good Nature Hotel at 2pm for a 2:15pm start sharp\nPlease note the new \nhttps://onejoy.io/event/93881
