About OneJoy

OneJoy (玩悦 — the joy of play) is a platform for bringing people together. Anyone can host — picnics, pickup games, board games, yoga classes, museum companions, carpools, trips together, seminars, birthday parties, charity sales, singles nights, cruise meetups — and anyone can join. We believe online connection should lead to real-world gathering.

The platform is free to use right now: free to host, free to join, no ads. Individual events may be free, cost-shared (everyone splits the bill), or ticketed (a class fee, a door charge) — every event page states which, up front. OneJoy does not process payments today; participants settle directly with the host or venue. In future we may add in-app payments and cost-splitting.

How it works

Join: browse the feed, open anything interesting, sign up with your name and contact. Create an account to save events, see your agenda, and get notifications.
Host:tap “Host an event”, set the time, place and capacity, share the link to your groups.
Spaces: create a private corner for a compound, school, cruise sailing or trip — people scan a QR to join, and its events stay within that circle.

Community guidelines

• Be real: accurate event details, and show up when you sign up — cancel early if you can’t make it.
• Be kind: respect every participant. Harassment, discrimination and personal attacks get content removed and accounts banned.
• Be safe: children’s activities require an accompanying parent; meet new people in public places; never post children’s detailed information publicly.
• Be legal: no gambling, pyramid schemes, or anything against local law.
• No ads: events and posts aren’t a channel for pure commercial promotion.
