What OneJoy is

OneJoy is a noticeboard. People post events and other people join them. We do not organise, run, supervise or vet any event, and we are not present at them.

The host is responsible for their event — what it is, whether it is safe, whether it happens at all. Judge for yourself whether an event and its host suit you, the same way you would meeting anyone new.

Money

OneJoy never handles payments. Where an event costs something, that is described by the host and settled directly with them. We take no fee and hold no funds, so we cannot refund anything or intervene in a dispute about money.

Under 18s

If you are under 18, join events with a parent or guardian, and come with them. Hosts of events aimed at children are responsible for their own arrangements and any checks their local law requires.

What not to post

No events or content that are illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that endanger anyone — particularly children. No spam, no scams, no harvesting contacts.

Report anything that looks wrong using the report link on the page. We read every report and remove content and accounts when needed.

Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it here you let us display it on OneJoy so other people can find your event.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We cannot promise it is always available, that listings are accurate, or that an event will go ahead. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens at an event or for anything arising from using the site.
