About this event

Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise based on East Asian energy principles and martial arts. Rather than a series of poses, it uses energy meridian stretching and joint rotation, vibration and breathing exercises, energy meditations, and flowing formations to awaken practitioners’ ability to feel their own energy—the medium that connects the body and brain. Through the smooth, graceful movements of the practice, Tai Chi creates space in the mind, emotions, and energy. It is a moving meditation that results in inner stillness. Benefits: • Circulate blood and energy • Build inner strength • Calm the mind to a state of relaxation • Enhance focus • Recharge energy • Detox organs What to bring: mat and water bottle Location: 2381 E Windmill Ln #1, Las Vegas, NV 89123 Cost: $20 per class \*\* 50% discount for first-time customers \*\* (schedules are subject to change, please call to confirm class) \*\*Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class time\*\* For more information please call (702) 432-0008 or email [email protected]
