Saturday morning yoga - long stretch

On weekend mornings since there’s less rush, I like to do longer yoga videos. It really gives me an opportunity to really open and get more flexible than I imagined! Give it a try! Join me! I am using a free zoom account, which has a short time limit. So, I try to get started pretty quickly. Please make sure your Meetup profile picture shows your face clearly if you’re joining me. It makes me feel safer! 🙂 I’ll probably do the class with my camera on, but I totally get it if you’re too self-conscious to do that, but please introduce yourself to me and the group with your camera on. After that you can turn it off. Make sure your Meetup profile picture has a clear picture of your face, so I can see that whoever shows up on zoom is the person who rsvp’d. I’m a social creature! Plus, if we’re doing this together semi-regularly, it’s nice to know we’re forming a bit of a community!
