このイベントには英語話さなくていいよ。何人か全く英語話せない!!:) 半分外国人と半分日本人参加するので、メッチャいい雰囲気あります。ハイキングに興味があれば、是非来てください:)よろしくお願い致します。 Enjoy a promenade through Kyoto’s Great Bamboo Forest, the historic streets of Saga Toriimoto, and the lush Canyon of Hozukyo for the opportunity to swim in blue crystal clear waters on a hot summer's day! Train Fees are a total of 1800yen for a round trip. We will hike up the beautiful Kinreikyo side canyon to the rustic mountain village of Kiyotaki, and make our way to the back entrance of the famous Arashiyama Bamboo Forest by way of the historic and less-traveled Saga Torimoto neighborhood Train Fees are a total of 1800yen for a round trip. There’s a bit of current), a unique photo opportunity with a large collection of Japan’s quirky Tanuki statues, and more. We will hike up the beautiful Kinreikyo side canyon to the rustic mountain village of Kiyotaki, and make our way to the back entrance of the famous Arashiyama Bamboo Forest by way of the historic and less-traveled Saga Torimoto neighborhood Please bring comfortable walking or hiking shoes, sunscreen, plenty of water, a bento, a blue tarp or other ground covering for when we eat lunch, and a swimsuit and shoes for the river if you wish to wade or take a dip. THE PLAN: 10:45-11:05 - Meet at Shin-Osaka Station outside the Midosuji Line Subway Gates 11:05-11:15 - Proceed to JR Line train to Kyoto. 11:20 - Train departs Shin-Osaka for Kyoto 11:44-11:52- Transfer to Sagano Line at Kyoto Station (we arrive on track 2, our train is on track 33) 11:57 - train departs Kyoto for Saga-Arashiyama 12:18-12:30 - arrive at Hozukyo Station, take pictures use the toilet. 12:30-1:00 - walk to Hozukyo Torokko Station for a picture with the tanuki statues 1:00-1:15 - Pictures with the tanukis 1:15-1:30 - walk to lunch spot on the Kiyotaki trail on the river 1:30-3:00 - Lunch, swim in the river. 3:00-4:45 hike to Saga Toriimoto, to the back entrance of the Bamboo forest, ending at Saga-Arashiyama Station 5:02 Train back to Kyoto. 5:34: Fastest Connection to Shin-Osaka 5:57: Arrive at Shin-Osaka, Otsukaresama WHERE TO MEET: Meet at Shin-Osaka Station outside the Midosuji Line Subway Gates WHEN: 10:45am meeting time.
