Enjoy a morning of all levels yoga, fresh air, and community. Your new favorite activity! Our amazing community is coming together again in 2026 to live better, longer! Together we're bringing "Soulful Saturdays" to the lovely Verdugo Park, the first Saturday of every month: • One hour yoga session starts at 10am. • FREE with RSVP! • Please bring a YOGA MAT if you have one. And if not, we'll have a few extras available. • Find us on the north side of Verdugo Park (see map below). Parking is available at both the lots and on street. • Class is suited for both beginners and experienced yogis. This popular offering is part of Adventist Health Glendale's "Go Heart LA" wellness program \- which is free to the public\.
