About this event

Are repetitive tasks taking time away from customers, projects, and growing your business? This beginner-friendly workshop will help small business owners, operators, and professionals identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation in their everyday work. We will focus on business problems first, not specific tools or technical jargon. Examples may include: • Responding to missed calls and new leads • Scheduling, reminders, and customer follow-up • Answering common customer questions • Processing documents and entering data • Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets • Requesting and responding to customer reviews • Connecting information across email, forms, calendars, and CRM systems During the session, you will choose one repetitive process from your business and examine: • How the work gets done today • Where time, leads, or information are being lost • Which steps might be automated • What should remain under human control • Whether the potential benefit justifies the cost and effort The goal is for you to leave with one clearly defined workflow that may be worth improving and a practical next step for evaluating it. Who should attend? • Small business owners and managers • Employees involved in operations or administration • Professionals interested in practical business uses for AI • People learning how to evaluate or implement AI solutions for businesses No technical or AI experience is required. This is an educational working session, not a sales presentation or vendor pitch event. What to bring Bring a notebook or laptop and one task or process that is repetitive, frustrating, slow, or prone to errors. If you do not have a specific example, we will help you identify one during the session.
