This is an open, informal session built around real conversation and hands-on help. Bring your setup, your stuck terminals, your half-working agent configs, and your "is anyone else seeing this?" questions. We'll trade tips on prompts, hooks, MCP servers, sub-agents, sandboxing, and whatever else is on your screen that day. What to expect: • Open discussion on what's working (and what isn't) across Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini • Live troubleshooting and pair-debugging — bring your laptop • Tips on configuration, custom commands, agent orchestration, and tool integration • Comparisons between the three ecosystems from people actually using them Who should come: Anyone curious about AI-assisted coding, from first-time users still installing the CLI to folks running multi-agent observability stacks.
