Join us for a relaxed 90-minute session where we will explore creativity, self-expression and confidence through simple activities and conversation. No acting, writing or creative experience is needed. What we'll do • Meet and connect with other women 40+ • Try light and playful expression activities • Choose something you'd like to write or create • Take part in a short guided creative session • Share what you created if you would like to • Finish with a simple confidence reflection You might work on: • a journal entry • a personal goal • a creative idea • a social media post • a business idea • a short story • something you've been meaning to start Sharing is always optional. This session is a general social and educational event.
