About this event

Are You Listening? Your Customers Are Calling! Precision Pitch Practice — Customer Pitch Special Your customer doesn’t need to understand everything you’ve built. They need to understand why it matters to them. On August 13, Precision Pitch Practice turns entirely toward the customer pitch. Building on our earlier work around the Voice of the Customer, this special session moves from listening to application: How do you take what you’ve learned about your customers and turn it into a clear, compelling conversation that earns the next step? Founders will have the opportunity to pitch to the room, receive direct feedback, revise, and try again. We’ll focus on three deceptively simple questions: What do you do? Why should your customer care? What do you want them to do next? We’ll also explore what happens when the customer interrupts, objects, asks an unexpected question, or simply doesn’t respond the way your pitch anticipated. Because a customer pitch isn’t a speech. It’s the beginning of a conversation. Come prepared to pitch, listen, learn, and iterate alongside fellow founders and mentors from the Boston startup community. Thursday, August 13, 2026 12:00–1:00 PM ET \| Online via Zoom Precision Pitch Practice is a free educational program from Boston New Technology, built to give founders a welcoming place to practice, experiment, receive meaningful feedback, and become stronger communicators. Your customers are calling. Are you listening?
