About this event
Inspired by Plato's *Symposium and the 1965 film The Drinking Party*, Philosophy Fight Club leaves the hall and takes to the city for an evening of strong drink, speeches and philosophical theatre. At each stop various revelers will deliver prepared speeches on one of humanity's oldest and most contested subjects: " Love " Heritage Rocks with a stack of venues on the itinerary incl Palisade, Glenmore, Hero of Waterloo, Harbour View Hotel and Mercantile. At least one of these venues will have a prepared space for the crew, with a seated long table, private bar. The others, as suggested, you simply raid as the best dressed people on a Saturday night out in the The Rocks! It all kicks off at sunset ! Observatory Hill, Band Rotunda at sunset 5pm Hotel Palisade, Parlour Room 6 pm Hero of Waterloo, Library Room 7:30 pm Harbour View Hotel, Cap Room 8:30 pm Dress for the occasion. This is more than just a pub crawl, it's a drinking party and a roaming symposium ! Limited spaces are available. Request and answer the RSVP question.
