About this event

Looking beyond behaviors to understand the motivations behind every personality type. Co-Hosts: Vin & Margarita We often describe personality types by what they do. "INTJs are planners." "ENFPs are spontaneous." "ISTJs like structure." But behavior only tells part of the story. Why do different personality types approach life the way they do? What motivates them beneath the surface? At this meetup, we'll move beyond stereotypes and explore how each personality type actually operates. We'll discuss topics like: • What motivates your personality type? • What gives your type energy? • What drains your type? • How does your type build trust? • What happens when your type is under stress? • What strengths are often overlooked? Rather than memorizing type descriptions, we'll explore the motivations that shape them. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a better appreciation for how other personalities experience the world.
