About this event

πŸŒ‡ Wind down your Sunday with a 6:00PM community run at Lumphini Park. Starting point: Lumpini Park - King Rama VI Monument (https://share.google/yuPE9dqe6YeSDvgLN) πŸ’ͺ We start with a proper warm-up and post-run mobility session led by Olaf, a coach with over 10 years of experience in injury prevention, movement expertise, and recovery. 🧠 This isn't just a group run. Olaf will walk you through each movement and explain why it matters: what's happening in your body, what sitting at a desk all day does to your hips and shoulders, and how to move better whether you run regularly or barely exercise. πŸƒ The format is simple: we warm up together, run together, but complete a distance that is unique to you. Week 1 is a mandatory single lap of Lumphini into the stretch and maintenance routine. After that you can choose to continue with Olaf and do a second lap. πŸ“ After your 1 or 2 laps, we all meet at the calisthenics zone (https://maps.app.goo.gl/hVGHjz19f7nbkj5Z9) for the post-run stretch and mobility session: πŸ“ˆ Every week following the launch we increase the distance incrementally until we hit 5km (two laps). What you'll get: βœ… A structured warm-up designed around injury prevention and mobility. It's not just a mindless hardcore run where you beat yourself to death. βœ… A flexible community run where you go at your pace. βœ… A post-run stretch and recovery session with real coaching cues. βœ… Practical knowledge about your body you can take home. πŸ™Œ Who it's for: Anyone interested in running, movement, health, or longevity. You don't need to be a runner. You just need to be willing to show up and give it your own best.
