El Rio Health Walk-In Clinic

Adults (18+), Family, Teens (14-18 years). Nurses from the El Rio Community Health Center will be at the Eckstrom-Columbus library on the 1st Monday of every month from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. This is a walk-in clinic so no appointment is necessary! The nurses are able to provide these services: Primary care, Blood pressure check, Screening labs/STD check, Medication prescription, Acute and chronic disease management, Housing assessment. All ages are welcome.
