Hello everyone! 👋 Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to make Miang Kham (เมี่ยงคำ), one of Thailand's most beloved traditional snacks. What is Miang Kham? Miang Kham is a bite-sized Thai wrap filled with a colourful combination of fresh herbs, fruits, vegetables, and aromatic ingredients, all brought together with a rich, sweet-savoury sauce. Every bite offers a perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and refreshing flavours—a true reflection of Thai cuisine.
