In this one-time course, we will explore what it means to sit in the power, how it’s different from traditional meditation, and how to incorporate this discipline into your daily practice. We'll end with some practical practice and a reflection period. NOTE: This is not a class in mediumship. Participants should have some prior experience with mediumship.
