About this event

As summer gives way to autumn, many of us are returning to work, school, and familiar routines. This guided meditation uses the themes of return and harvest to reflect on what the past season has produced, what we’ve learned, and what still needs our attention. Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon will guide several meditation practices to help interrupt the momentum of scattered thoughts and return our attention to the present moment. We’ll also explore how to carry that focus and clarity into our daily activities through moving meditation. Following the meditation session, Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon will take questions from the audience. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions to deepen their understanding of meditation, Zen, life, or even the mind itself! All are welcome to attend, regardless of prior experience or background. While the class is free of charge, donations are greatly appreciated to support the Zen Art Center's mission to cultivate inner peace and harmony in the world. Your generosity enables us to expand our schedule of offerings and continue serving our community. Studio 5R is on the 1st floor, call 781-530-0753 or 617-429-8024 if the front door is locked. You can also attend remotely via livestream on YouTube @zenartcenter: Zen Art Center - YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@zenartcenter)
