Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Circle You are warmly invited to join Superconscious's monthly EFT Tapping Circle, a supportive group space where we come together to release stress, clear emotional blocks, and strengthen our healing journey. Each month will focus on a different theme. This month it's tapping for addictions. These circles are a beautiful way to maintain your tapping practice, connect with others on a similar path, and experience the powerful benefits of tapping in a group setting. During the session we will: • Tap together on the theme of the evening (global round) • Release stress, emotional tension and limiting beliefs • Support the nervous system and reduce overwhelm • I will tap with one volunteer to clear their anxiety and everyone will experience the power of “Borrowed Benefits” \> where your mirror neurons are activated by witnessing another person's healing while tapping on your points • Connect with a supportive community of people committed to personal growth and healing We finish the circle with integrative tapping and empowering affirmations so you leave feeling calmer, clearer and more centred. Important - Because this circle moves straight into tapping, participants must either: • Have attended one of my previous EFT workshops eg Regulate and Rewire, or • Have previous EFT experience This ensures everyone understands the tapping points and can fully participate in the session.
