This two-day interactive workshop introduces the practical foundations of effective Product Ownership in Scrum. Participants will explore how Product Owners work with customers, stakeholders and Scrum Teams to set meaningful goals, identify user needs, validate assumptions, manage the Product Backlog, and maximise value. Through discussions, practical activities and a Scrum simulation, participants will experience how iterative and incremental development enables teams to learn quickly and adapt their product decisions based on feedback. The course is aligned with the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) learning objectives, but is offered independently as an uncertified community learning initiative. Who should attend • Current or aspiring Product Owners • Product Managers looking to strengthen their understanding of Scrum and Product Ownership • Business Analysts involved in defining customer needs and product requirements • Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners who work closely with Product Owners • Project Managers and delivery professionals transitioning towards product-based ways of working • Entrepreneurs, team leads and business stakeholders involved in product decisions • Anyone interested in learning how to create value, understand customers, and make better product decisions Prerequisites None.
