Meditation and Reiki Session

Join us for a 25-minute Reiki distance healing session to ground, clear, and protect your energy through tuning your chakras. Reiki involves channeling healing energy through the practitioner’s hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing in the recipient. I will help channel universal life force energy (Reiki) through time and space for you to create space for deep relaxation and healing. If you are having any negative feelings or just want to relax, then this Chakra cleansing meditation is for you. This session will help you clear blockages and release any attachments that do not serve your higher purpose. This healing meditation will leave you feeling peaceful, relaxed, and more yourself. This guided meditation helps to release negative energy within the body and surrounding aura. As you go through this meditation, allow yourself to remain open and in alignment with the universal energy that is being sent to you.
