We build meaningful communities with quality free fitness. We sweat and connect. It doesn’t matter who you are. We’re your motivation boost to build a healthy lifestyle. No equipment or previous experience are required to attend a session. All you have to do is show up. All workouts are designed to be accessible and adaptable to anyone. Meet by the pull-up bars on the playground. The closest MRT exit is Exit 5. Rain location is the semi-circular courtyard in the MRT station. It is near the basement entrance of Exit 4.
