Kids (Ages 6 to 8), New Adults (Ages 19 to 23), Older Adults (Ages 50+), Teens (Ages 12 to 18), Tweens (Ages 9 to 11). "Build it and they will come." Relive the nostalgia of one of the most iconic baseball movies ever made at the Issaquah Library. "Iowa farmer Ray Kinsella is inspired by a voice he can't ignore to pursue a dream he can hardly believe. Supported by his wife, Ray begins the quest by turning his ordinary cornfield into a place where dreams can come true." Starring: Kevin Costner, James Earl Jones and Ray Liotta --1989 And just in time! The following day the Major League Baseball Commission is televising its Field of Dreams Game after a three year hiatus, but now it's the Philadelphia Phillies and the Minnesota Twins donning their vintage uniforms and getting the once-in-a-lifetime chance to walk out of the iconic cornfields where the Field of Dreams movie was filmed. Movie viewing starts promptly at 4:30 pm in the Issaquah Meeting Room.
