About this event

Pause the rush of your week and reconnect through movement at Dance, Decompress and De-Stress, a calming, judgment-free dance workshop created to help release stress, quiet the mind, and restore emotional balance through guided breathwork, gentle stretching, and expressive movement. No dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to move, breathe, and be present. Join us for an uplifting evening of dance, music, mindfulness, and self-care during Mental Health Awareness Week. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
