Welcome to our weekly reflection group. This us not a rigid, corporate seminar, just a discussion for people who want to figure out the "game of life" together. If you love sharing life insights, shifting your perspective, and talking about the messy, journey of self improvement you are in the right place. Each meeting follows this structured, but somewhat relaxed agenda: 1. Icebreaker. Personal introductions and answering question of what personal growth does mean for you right now? 2. Deep Dive. I will bring 3 thought provoking questions to discuss or I will prepare some exercises to do. You are welcome to bring your own questions, problems, dilemmas and whatnot for us all to learn from 3.
