About this event

Adults (18+). A free, culturally affirming drop-in program for adults that promotes mental wellness through creative activities, discussion, and healthy coping strategies. Guided by the concept of Sankofa, participants explore connections between past experiences and present wellbeing while building skills for managing stress and supporting mental health. Activities vary based on community interests and needs.  This program is in collaboration with TAIBU Community Health Centre.
