This RSVP is for the IN-PERSON Letting Go Session only. 📍 Location: 1030 6th Avenue, 5th Floor (WALK UP!) New York, NY BUZZ THE 5TH FLOOR FOR LETTING GO! We also hold an online session at the same time. Mon–Thu evenings are FREE! :) No experience is necessary. Just show up and give it a try! Please try to arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may not be able to come downstairs to let you in because we will already be in the middle of the session. :) \#\#\# Dillon Freed\, M\.S\. in Cognitive Neuroscience Dillon Freed is a teacher, researcher, and entrepreneur dedicated to creating spaces where knowledge and personal transformation converge. With a master’s degree in cognitive neuroscience and years of experience in experiential design, Dillon envisioned the Letting Go Center as a place that elevates how people share ideas, connect with one another, and experience meaningful change. His background in neuroscience informs every aspect of the Center—from the thoughtfully designed environment that encourages engagement to the intimate setting that fosters a genuine connection between speakers and their audiences. Through his work in emotional release and meditation, Dillon has helped more than 10,000 people. These practices remain central to the Letting Go Center, alongside its lectures, workshops, and event programming.
