Aries is ruled by Mars, which is associated with courage, action and forward movement. For this Full Moon Gong Bath, I’ll be using the Mars Gong. Its strong, energizing sound can help release tension, restore motivation and support you in taking your next step with greater clarity and confidence. We’ll begin with a short grounding and intention-setting practice, followed by a Mars Gong sound bath to help you focus and direct your energy toward your practical, physical and spiritual goals. The Mars Gong is associated with courage, decisive action and self-mastery. No previous meditation or sound healing experience is needed.
