The Journey Toward PCC/MCC: Hear From Coaches Who Have Experienced It

About this event

What does developing toward PCC or MCC actually look and feel like as a coach? This complimentary introductory session is not a training or teaching session. Instead, it is an opportunity to hear directly from coaches who have experienced the Advanced Bridge Program and can speak openly about their journey. Hear their perspectives on the learning experience, how it influenced the depth of their coaching practice, and what progressing toward an advanced ICF credential has meant for their professional development. You will also have the opportunity to bring your questions and hear from Fernando Hettiyadura, MCC, alongside program participants. If PCC or MCC is part of where you are heading professionally, come and listen to the experiences of other coaches before deciding what your own next step could be.
