Eligibility This circle is for you if you: \- Identify as a CALD \(Culturally and Linguistically Diverse\) woman \- Are living in Australia \- Are navigating a career gap\, return\-to\-work journey\, or professional transition \- Are 18\+ \- Can commit to a respectful\, confidential\, and supportive space Priority is given to UNANCHER program participants, alumni, and waitlist members.
