Live ChatGPT Time Audit: Find Your Lost 10 Hours [ONLINE]
About this event
Bring the list of things you do every week. We'll work out which of them a machine should be doing by Friday. No slides, no tools, no setup. Just your list and a straight conversation about where the hours are going. How it works: you tell us a task and roughly how long it takes. We sort it live into one of three buckets: • AI can do this today, and here's the exact prompt • AI can do most of it, but a person still has to run it • Keep this one human, it's where you're actually valuable Then you pick the one to fix first and we start it on the call. Why bother: most founders find several hours a week sitting in the first two buckets. Not because they're disorganised, but because nobody ever sat down and sorted the list. Who it's for: founders, operators, freelancers and small teams across Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View and the rest of the Peninsula. Beginners very welcome, and if you're technical you'll still be surprised by how much of your week is bucket A. What to bring: your weekly tasks and honest guesses at the minutes. How to join: after you RSVP "Going," the Google Meet link appears on this page. Free, about 40 minutes.
