About this event

Tweens: 10 to 13 years. Come ready to read, rhyme, create and celebrate the power of your own voice! Join us for a special Tween celebration of stories, words, music and creativity featuring Chicago artist and Grammy Award-winning songwriter Che "Rhymefest" Smith. You're invited to gather for an engaging story time exploring the rhythm and power of words. Through reading, conversation, rhyme and creative expression, discover how the words we read, write, speak and sing can tell our stories and connect us. For ages 10 to 13. How to Attend Register by 1 p.m. Friday, October 16. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13.
