DBBW Forest Walk (30 KM)

You will start at Woodlands MRT Station Exist 2 and end at Windsor Nature Park Public Toilet area. You will brisk walk pass the following parks: \- Mandai Park Connector \- Zhenghua Nature Park \- Chestnut Nature Park \- Rail corridor \- MacRitchie Reservior Park \- Windsor Nature Park Date: 17 October 2026 (Sat) Registration Time: 7.45 a.m. Start Time: 8.00 a.m. Start point: Woodlands MRT Station Exit 2 End point: Windsor Nature Park Public Toilet area Lunch point: Bring your own lunch You may Exit when we cross over the Diary Farm Road around 14.5 KM. After that point, it is difficult to Exit in the forested areas. Where to meet at start point? Area next to MacDonald Causeway Point, EXIT 2 (Outside the mall) Hydrate yourself well 1\~2 days before actual day by drinking 2L to 2.5L of water daily. Do moderate exercise throughout the weeks. Remember to drink 300ml of water with some salt the night before the walk. Drink another 300ml of water first thing in the morning on actual day of the walk. Things to bring: 1\.
