About this event

How would it be to feel more alive and connected? Thrive is a personal growth group for people who want to understand themselves better, deepen their relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. Each session explores a different theme, such as trust, belonging, relationships, or self-worth. Through guided reflection, open dialogue, sharing, and experiential exercises, we look at the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Thrive offers a safe and supportive environment to slow down, reflect, gain new perspectives, and connect with others in an honest and meaningful way. The sessions are facilitated by Yoel Gross, an ICF-trained coach and experienced group facilitator. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with, and no previous experience with personal development is needed. Thursday, October 8 Walk-in: 19:00 Start: 19:10 End: 21:30 The Book Nook Singel 82, Amsterdam Entrance via Korsjespoortsteeg Participation is free. Please register through Meetup if you would like to join, so I know how many people to expect. If you feel curious to explore, reflect, and connect more deeply, you’re very welcome to join us.
