Count the emails you answered this week that you had already answered before. For most small teams it's a third of the inbox, and it's the least valuable third. We'll build something that handles those, using your own material rather than generic internet advice. What we'll do: • Work out what repeat questions cost you: how many a week, how long each takes • Feed your own documents in: pricing, FAQs, onboarding notes, past replies • Write the ground rules so it answers in your words • Make it say it isn't sure and pass the question on, instead of inventing an answer, which matters more than anything else it does • Count the time again at the end Who it's for: founders, operators and small teams across the Peninsula drowning in repetitive questions.
