Fix It Live — 5 Problems. 5 Minutes Each. Real Talk.

About this event

You've been stuck on something. Maybe it's consistency. Maybe it's motivation. Maybe it's your body, your relationship with movement, or that voice in your head that keeps talking you out of showing up. You've googled it. You've journaled about it. And you're still stuck. Fix It Live is a 60-minute virtual event where I take 5 real problems submitted by real women in this group — and we work through them together, live, in real time. No fluff. No generic advice. Just honest, direct conversation from someone who's been in it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS → BEFORE THE CALL Drop your stuck point in the event comments — one sentence. I pick 5–6 for the call. You can stay anonymous, just let me know when you comment. → ON THE CALL I read each problem out loud. The group weighs in. I give my honest take. We move to the next one. Fast, real, no filler. → AT THE END I'll share something I've been building for women exactly like the ones in this group — early access, first come first served. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TOPICS WE GO INTO Movement · Consistency · Motivation · Body image Emotional eating · Burnout · Showing up when you don't want to The mental game of fitness — and everything in between ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ You don't need to submit a problem to attend. But the more honest the submissions — the better the show. Show up as you are. Leave with something that actually helps. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📅 Thursday, September 25, 2026 🕖 7:30 PM CDT 💻 Online via Zoom — link sent in your RSVP confirmation ✦ Free to attend · All levels · No equipment needed
