About this event

The culinary team at Madras Masala is offering us an expansive, fully plant-based menu that showcases seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients. They are eager to welcome many of us, so feel free to bring a few friends (and please keep your reservation updated if things change so the restaurant can prepare appropriately). Read through to the bottom to see the curated menu selection they are offering. Pictured is Gobi Manchurian: cauliflower fritters sautéed with chili, ginger, and garlic. Everyone is welcome at VegMichigan Meetups. We do ask that you enjoy vegan fare while attending our events. Please note that you are responsible for the purchase of your own food. We hope you are able to join us! RSVP to save your spot! And if life throws you a curve, please remember to update your reservation. Questions? VegMichigan offers resources for folks who are interested in eating more plant-based, including nutrition and cooking videos and a 30-day pledge program (https://vegmichigan.org/30-day-pledge/) complete with free samples of popular plant-based foods.
