Fall 2026: Training Event #6

This is the 6th training event for Fall 2026. New members can start at any training session. Please RSVP if you plan to attend. We are excited to be training in-person at our new location sponsored by Grace Church - Ann Arbor (https://gracechurch.city/ann-arbor). We are always looking for new club members that are eager to learn new self-defense skills in a safe and cooperative manner. New members are always welcome to join any training session. Class Training Agenda 1. Stretching 2. Introductions 3. Warm up exercise 4. Skills and drills 5. Pressure testing - putting your new skills to work Please Note: Krav Maga is based on realistic scenarios and not a sport. You should be aware that we will be utilizing practice knives and guns in some of these scenarios. We will also be practice ground-based grappling scenarios that will require close physical contact. Other Details: \*\*\*Cost: Free \*\*- The training sessions are free, but we do take donations for Grace Church Ann Arbor to help offset facilities costs. All instructors are volunteers, so no funds go toward paying them. \*\* \*What to wear \*\*- Comfortable work out clothing and sneakers \*\*\* What to bring \*\*- Plenty of water. There is a filtered water fountain onsite. Please RSVP to each training session you plan to attend so we have an idea of how many members are training. The number affects how we structure the sessions.
