Library Liberation
About this event
Back by popular demand....it's.... Gaming at Cleveland Park Library! Located in the beautiful and vibrant Cleveland Park neighborhood, the library offers quiet meeting rooms, lots of books to check out and browse, and the company of your fellow autists. The address is 3407 Connecticut Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20008. The library is located just two blocks from the Cleveland Park Metro on the Red Line. We will meet in the large second-floor conference room. If you wish to bring a game, please feel free to do so. I will bring my UNO cards and Powerpuff Girls board game. Per library policy, eating is prohibited, but covered drinks are permitted. We typically go out to eat afterwards. Unfortunately, Fat Pete's is now closed. There is a new restaurant called Highlands Tavern at 3421 Connecticut Avenue NW, which is across the street and one block down from the library. It is open on Saturdays from 11 am - 11 pm. If you have trouble finding us, please call or text me at 202-802-3238. See you soon, Jenny
