About this event

Change happens all the time. But why is it so hard to make it stick? New systems, new processes, new ways of working - change is constant in most organizations, but that doesn't make it any easier. However most change efforts don't fail because of bad strategy. They fail because of the people side: confusion, resistance, fatigue, or simply not knowing what's expected. This free interactive session explores the human side of change, and practical ways leaders can help people understand, engage with, and actually adopt new ways of working. What’s This About? Change management doesn’t have to mean complicated frameworks, lengthy plans or specialist terminology. At the core - it's about helping people move from where they are today to where they need to be tomorrow. Together we’ll explore : • Why people respond differently to change • What change management actually means - and the role communication and engagement play in making change work • Simple frameworks and practical tools you can apply - whether you're driving change or making sense of changes happening around you This won’t just be a passive presentation as we’ll put the theory into practice and learn from each other through a few interactive polls, audience discussions, and role play scenarios, 🗓️ Time/Date: 8:00–9:30PM Thu 8th Oct 2026 📍 Location: Zoom Link to be shared closer to the date with registered participants About Our Guest Facilitator Shabana Watson \| Change Management Consultant Shabana (https://www.linkedin.com/in/shabana-watson-97b4912b/)is an experienced Change Manager who has supported organisations and teams through business, technology and cultural change.
