About this event

Join the Health and Wellness Team in partnership with Coaching Salud Holistica for Babychata, a culturally tailored exercise and education cohort created to support Latina mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. This unique program fosters movement, maternal health education, and meaningful community connection in a welcoming and empowering space. At the heart of Babychata is Bachata dance, a vibrant rhythm rooted in Dominican culture, offering a joyful, low-impact way to promote physical health, flexibility, and emotional well-being. 18 & up; FREE Activity code: 20435-579A Click Here to Register (https://mdpgparksweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac/web/search.html?Action=Start&SubAction=&_csrf_token=Ui6Q1B0R0J6D2B2W1H4S2N466U4L586J025S4O596E0R5I4I6353045M4H5G551L5W5Z5A6B09534F6F4P0A714D555A1G5P4T6K561A5R3Y50676Q714V5151095O635D&keyword=20435-579A&keywordoption=Match+One&dayoption=All&beginyear=&location=&display=Detail&search=yes&page=1&module=global&multiselectlist_value=&globalwebsearch_buttonsearch=yes) \*For fastest response to any questions, or for more information, please contact Health and Wellness directly via email [email protected]
