About this event

To participate in the webinar, please complete free registration here. (https://shiftsync.tricentis.com/events/slas-and-slos-how-you-determine-performance-engineering-success-130?utm_source=ssnetwork&utm_medium=multi&utm_term=meetup_Ind&utm_content=SLA%26SLO) Performance tests, unlike many types of quality assurance, are often not a clear success or clear failure. There is nuance in interpretation, as most results contain many successful and unsuccessful data points. SLAs – Service Level Agreements – define the business objectives, and SLOs – Service Level Objectives – help you understand how the software components fit together. This session will cover the fundamentals of SLAs and SLOs – what they are, why you should include them in your test design, how you determine them, as well as how to specifically implement SLAs and SLOs in NeoLoad. We will also cover interpreting the results at a high level, as well as numerous best practices and other pieces of advice to help smooth reporting performance results to business stakeholders. Bryan Cole (https://www.linkedin.com/in/bryancole/), Director of Customer Engineering at Tricentis, will share insights from years of experience.
