About this event

Products, Prototypes and Pipelines: Adopting AI Across the Software Delivery Lifecycle Most AI conversations in the Power Platform and Dynamics community stop at chatbots and Copilot agents. This session goes further: how do you actually embed AI across the software delivery lifecycle to solve hard, real-world operational problems, not just demo-ware? Join us for a hands-on session from three practitioners who've built this across logistics, telecommunications infrastructure and robotics manufacturing before bringing it into Microsoft delivery. What you'll get: • A practical look at where AI genuinely accelerates the SDLC, and where it doesn't • Lessons from operational environments where tools have to hold up under real pressure, not just pass a demo • A T-shaped consultant-developer's view on shipping software that actually solves the business problem, not just the ticket Speakers: Jason O'Brien - Path Engineer designing and delivering Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions for complex, real-world operations. Years inside logistics and transport before moving into technology, building with an operator's mindset. Nick Kerr-Bell - Path Engineer, consultant and developer building Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Over a decade in telecommunications infrastructure and capital projects, leading design teams and embedding standards and governance. Jacob Doogue - Co-founder and CTO, leading technical solutioning and consulting and building teams of T-shaped consultant-developers. His path from field engineering to robotics manufacturing to technology strategy gives him a rare cross-functional view, with a focused belief that AI and the Microsoft stack are only as good as the process thinking behind them.
