Facilitated by Roberta of Selenite and Sound Take an hour to slow down, breathe, and experience deep rest through immersive sound. Join us for our Community Sound Bath, where you'll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, nature-inspired instruments, and other thoughtfully curated instruments in a peaceful, welcoming environment and each experience is unique. Whether you've experienced a sound bath before or are simply curious, everyone is welcome. Please arrive early to get settled in and it is recommended to bring: • Yoga mat or pad (required to cover provided mattress pad) • Blanket • Pillow • Bolster or cushion (optional) • Anything else that will help you rest comfortably Eight padded mats will be available.
