The practice emphasizes body alignment, sensing the flow of energy, and gently calming the breath. It includes simple movements, standing poses, and gentle balance work, and concludes with a short guided meditation. Through this process, a quiet sense of openness and unconditional kindness toward yourself naturally begins to arise.
