How did the design job market change in the last couple of years? What has changed in the perception of design and job requirements? How can candidates make sure they stand out and secure the most suitable jobs? These and many other questions, we will discuss with our speakers, 2 design managers and 1 designer experiencing job search at the moment. Our goal is to see how the design job market looks from the both sides and reflect on our observations.
