What’s Special This Week Start October with a fresh story! This Saturday, you’ll hear prepared speeches, watch members give each other helpful feedback, and try quick impromptu speaking in a warm, supportive room. You can take part or simply watch. Either way, you’ll leave with ideas you can use right away. What Is Toastmasters? Toastmasters International is a nonprofit that helps people build confidence in public speaking and leadership. Storytellers Toastmasters focuses on the art of storytelling. Members give short speeches, get useful feedback, and grow a little more at every meeting. During Story Topics, you can answer a fun question with a short one- to two-minute story, or you can just listen. Guests always attend for free, and there’s no pressure to speak.
